For our community helper's unit we were lucky enough to have Trooper Bloom come visit our classroom today! He answered all sorts of questions and showed us his cruiser. It was a pretty exciting morning for us! Thank you to our Vermont State Troopers for their service!

Welcome Kindergarten class 2015-2016!

I can't wait for the school year to begin!  I have created a new project to support reading every day and giving high quality non-fiction books for students to take home every night!

We have been working on science and learning about the life cycle of frogs.  We have also been learning about force and motion.  With all of our new learning we are also trying hard to incorporate the use of technology and discovering what a powerful learning tool our new iPads are.  Check out this video that shows our young scientist exploring different motions and the use of force.  It looks like a lot of playing....
